She used to want to be an actress and do musical in her 20th.
She couldn't made her dream come true, but she is happy.
because of her daughter, her costumers, even a actable of Arts which she likes.

What is the genuine define of 'dream'?
How many times we miss our happiness moments because we are so busy to run to the aim we call 'dream'?

모두에겐 꿈이 있다. 

지금은 동네 코너에서 호떡을 팔고 계셔도 한때는 모델이, 뮤지컬 배우가 꿈이었던 그녀. 

이루지 못한 그 꿈이 이제는 과거의 추억으로만 남아있다해도, 그녀는 행복하다.

신문에 나온 근현대사 미술소개만으로도, 호떡에 관한 시를 써서 포장마차를 꾸며준 딸이 있어서, 호떡하나만 먹고 하나는 다른분에게 베풀어 달라며 호떡 두개값을 내고가는 손님때문에..

진정한 꿈이란 무엇이며,
얼마나 많은경우 우리는 큰 꿈을 이룬다는 목표아래 소박한 행복을 놓치고 있는가.

God is Love.

I have been make excused that I am too busy to make a time to read the words and pray. I've opened my january Q.T book (devotional book) and felt God's knock toward to me with 1John 4:1-10.
'Bible, I am love. I sent my one and only son Jesus Christ in the flesh for you to wash your sins away because I love you so much..'

Logos & Rhema... Pastor Sim from my church said, logos means every written words in the bible and Rhema means the words which enlightens me, and can be applied into my life. God is love.. John 4:1-10 came to me as Rhema..

my life has been unbalanced, so busy with work, so busy with activities, volunteer works.. my time to sleep, time to eat, work out was not balanced either. it affects to my devotional time also. However God still knocks my heart saying I love you. recover God's love inside of me.. this year, I am going to focus on my relationship with God. I have live my life as a Martha.. I am going to be a Mary this year..!

원곡동에 위치한 안산 글로벌 아동센터 We Start. 그곳에서 주최한 2013년도 다이어리 제작에 참여하게 되었다. 예전보다 많이 나아졌다고 하지만 아직도 다문화에 대한 인식이 부족하고 개선되어야할 부분이 많은 점이 사실이다. 다문화 인식개선뿐 아니라 그들의 모습, 이야기, 멘토링, 고마움등을 한권의 다이어리 안에 품어 보았다. 다른 피부색, 다른 언어, 다른 문화.. 아직 넘어야 할 장벽이 많이 있지만 그림을 통해서는 이러한 장벽을 넘어 소통할 수 있다...! 다시한번 주님 주신 달란트에 감사하고 내가 하는 일에 보람을 느낀다. 큰 제약없이 내가 자유롭게 작업할 수 있어서 즐거웠던 작업 :)

I've participated in a 2013 diary project directed and published by Ansan We Start. It is a place to help foreign workers, their children and family. It has gotten better but foreign workers especially who are from a developing country, still get discrimination against. This book embraces their thought, their life, their appreciation for their mentors in order to improve awareness of foreign workers and mulch-culture. Different color, different language, different culture.. we have many obstacles to jump over but with pictures/images we can already communicate each other. I think this is the magical power of art, I am very thankful that God has given me this kinda gift. I enjoy this project a lot, there was not much limitation, so I could draw freely as much as I wanted :p

:: Multi cultural 2013 dairy project ... ing

Korea have embraced  a lot of Multi cultural family and children this past 10 years.
I have participated to 2013 dairy project with my illustration 

which is supported by Ansan global kid's center called 'We Start' 

This is one of the images I've just finished today,

It will be on an introduction page :)

I hope family and kids will smile all the time

regardless the color they have or the place they live..
